How do I know Prism Entertainment is the right company for me?
If you are looking for a professional entertainer, who is friendly, outgoing, and dressed for the occasion, then Prism is the company for you. If you insist on quality, digital sound and punctuality you can count on, then Prism will make you smile. If you are looking for a company with countless references, and a reputation that is second to none, there is no better choice than Prism! Beware of DJ companies who charm you with ultra-low prices! Usually, low prices = low experience! Don't take chances on your special day! Will they guarantee your entertainer? Only Prism Entertainment guarantees your assigned DJ will be there on your special day. We invite our clients to meet with our entertainers before they sign a contract - we don't feel comfortable until you feel comfortable!
What kind of music will you play? What kind of activities will you do?
At Prism, we take great pride in making sure all of your guests are enjoying the music and atmosphere, therefore, we try to mix up the selections in a prudent manner so all your friends and relatives leave with a great experience. We are extremely open to requests from our clients and their guests, and are more than happy to play anything appropriate for that function. Through our years of experience, we know what gets people dancing, so even if you don't make too many requests, your party will still be rockin'!
Do you bring extras, such as props and light shows?
Absolutely! However, depending on the function, such gadgets may not be of your best interest. For instance, you may not want a lot of props at your conservative business social, or it may not be prudent to have flashing lights at your formal wedding reception. Feel free to discuss with us the type of function you're planning, and we can recommend the most suitable extras to compliment your decor.
How much does Prism Entertainment cost?
A great question, and one we wanted to address last. Our prices vary depending on the season, day of the week, and the number of hours you wish us to entertain. Most of the time, our prices are the same or lower than our competition, yet we still provide the same quality entertainment you've come to expect! Prism reserves your date with a $100 deposit, and the balance is not due until the night of the function. This allows you to be flexible on the length of your party. In case of cancellation, deposits are fully refundable up to 180 days prior to function date. Payments are to be made in cash, check or money order. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted. Please feel free to call Prism when you have your function date for availability and the best prices!
