We meet with our clients in advance of their wedding date, organizing notes and song requests. This allows you to enjoy your reception with peace of mind, knowing that every detail, from the Grand Entrance to Aunt Debbie's song dedication, is in good hands. If needed, Prism Entertainment can also provide the music for your on-property ceremony. We will set up our regular reception equipment in advance, and bring an intimate "mini-system" for your ceremony -- no extra set-up charge! This eliminates music delays due to transfer of equipment (an important plus!). We can also provide a microphone for your wedding officiate if so desired.

Once you've arrived at your reception, Prism Entertainment takes care of all the details! We let you relax by making sure that all of the traditional activities are organized according to schedule. From the Grand Entrance to the First Dances, during the toast and cake, and through the bouquet and garter and dollar dance, you are always notified when the activities occur, so there are no surprises. You choose the pace, and Prism Entertainment takes it from there!

When dinner is through, and the preliminaries are out of the way, it's time to party! We have many activities to get your loved ones up and dancing. Choose your favorites, or let the guests decide -- it's up to you. Prism Entertainment is very good at letting your guests make requests, and making them feel like they're a part of your reception!
