Ryche is a shy and quiet individual, who tends to keep to himself. This is especially true around females. However, in a secure environment of friends and colleagues he is more out going. The same holds true when he enters the Matrix, as he is able to hide behind a false identify. Once out of his shell Ryche is constantly trying to do things for his friends, insuring their happiness. Favors are done without a second thought or question.

When it comes to information or knowledge, Ryche becomes obsessive in his quest to understand it. He is willing to go to whatever lengths necessary to determine how and why something works (especially computer or electronic related devices). Ryche thoroughly enjoys watching other people work and asking questions relating to the task at hand.

Ryche is loyal to his comrades and individuals that he cares about. On the surface this may not appear true (due to his immature nature), but when push comes to shove Ryche is there. He would rather die than compromise his comrades.

At times Ryche is childish and immature, most of this being a result of growing up to fast without enjoying a childhood. Not that he is older he tries to recapture parts of his youth that he feels he missed.

Death and killing are still unknown to Ryche as he has never been in a situation where he's had to pull the trigger. When the time arises it will definitely impact his psyche. Though he understands that some day in his line of work it may be necessary.
