Hi Everyone!

I know you may find it hard to believe, after hearing the distressing news this weekend that Allison was taken back to intensive care, but it's true!

While in ICCU this past weekend, she was given Vitamin K (promotes clotting). They found blood in the fluid they removed from her lungs and they suspected a small blood vessel might be leaking. It's unknown whether it was the Vitamin K, but she's improved steadily since that time.

X-rays will be taken this morning and if her lungs and heart are clear, she will soon be given the ok for discharge.

She is wearing her hip brace and it appears to not cause discomfort. Geoff says that Dupont Children's Hospital is where this hip bracing procedure was invented so they are confident that she is getting the best care for her hip as well. (Dupont's two specialties are heart and orthopedic--Allison's two problem areas).

Ted, Geoff Jeanne Allison and myself want to thank each of you for all your prayers and expressions of concern. Believe me when I say that even though you are miles away, your support and love have definitely been felt. THANK YOU.
