Roy Benjamin Atwell, 68, of Hodgenville, died Oct. 23, 2004, at his reside nce.
He was a member of LaRue Baptist Church and a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Pinkerton and Flossie B. W arren Atwell; three sisters, Lura Ethel Atwell Carter Peace, Eva Alice Atw ell Brewer and Mildred May Atwell Keeper.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Price Atwell; a son, Michael Wilson Atwe ll of Magnolia; three grandchildren; a sister, Essie Atwell Froggett of Gr eensburg; and two brothers, Robert Atwell of Munfordville and James Atwe ll of Illinois.
Funeral services will be held Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. at Bennett-Bertram Funer al Home with Rev. Thomas Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Highvi ew Cemetery in Marion County.
Visitation will begin Oct. 25, after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

Roy Benjamin Atwell, 68, of Hodgenville, died Oct. 23, 2004, at his reside nce.
He was a member of LaRue Baptist Church and a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Pinkerton and Flossie B. W arren Atwell; three sisters, Lura Ethel Atwell Carter Peace, Eva Alice Atw ell Brewer and Mildred May Atwell Keeper.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Price Atwell; a son, Michael Wilson Atwe ll of Magnolia; three grandchildren; a sister, Essie Atwell Froggett of Gr eensburg; and two brothers, Robert Atwell of Munfordville and James Atwe ll of Illinois.
Funeral services will be held Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. at Bennett-Bertram Funer al Home with Rev. Thomas Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Highvi ew Cemetery in Marion County.
Visitation will begin Oct. 25, after 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
