Importing the NaturallySpeaking macros is really quite simple. You must already have Dragon NaturalImportDVC or the know-how to play around with your Global.dvc file. There are too easy ways to use my macros.

1. Go to the NatSpeak macros page and click on the link to the macro you want. The macros should open into the right frame. Click on that frame then choose Select All from the Edit menu in your browser to select the entire frame. Next copy the macros to your clipboard by choosing Copy from the Edit menu. Open a new Notepad file and paste the macros in it. Save it, and name it whatever you like followed by.dvc (example: test.dvc).

2. Go to the NatSpeak DVC file Page and choose the files you would like to download directly to your computer. You can also download all of the macros at once in a ZIP file.

Once you have the macros you want run Dragon NaturalImportDVC find the DVC files you have created or downloaded by clicking on the Browse button. Select "Update User Named:" and "Overwrite Existing Commands " then choose the user files you wish to update. Click "OK", and the software does the rest for you. Remember that NaturallySpeaking cannot be running while you import the files. Dragon NaturalImportDVC will not even run if NaturallySpeaking is open.
